Where are you located?

Our legal registered office is in Albuquerque, New Mexico (USA). However, we operate through a strategic network of warehouses in Italy, Germany, Spain, Sweden, the USA, and Australia to ensure hyper-local logistics and fast delivery. Please note that we do not operate a physical retail store; we are exclusively digital.

Order & Shipping

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that our logistics centers do not process shipments on weekends or national bank holidays. During exclusive launches or peak seasons, processing times may vary slightly.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We partner exclusively with premier global carriers, including DHL and FedEx, to guarantee a seamless and secure delivery experience.

What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

We offer both Standard and Express delivery options. Costs are flat rates based on your region:

  • Europe: €29 (Standard 3–5 days) | €39 (Express 1–3 days)
  • USA: €39 (Standard 5–7 days) | €49 (Express 3–4 days)
  • Australia: €49 (Standard 5–8 days) | €59 (Express 3–4 days)
  • Rest of the World: €59 (Standard 5–8 days) | €99 (Express 3–4 days)
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
  • Sales Tax: We charge sales tax (approx. 5%) only on orders delivered to New Mexico. All other orders are tax-free at checkout.
  • Import Duties: Yes, for international shipments, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be applied by your country's authorities. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or alter declared values.
Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is collected at the time of checkout.

Return & Refund

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original designer tags, security seals, and packaging (dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards) intact.

Are there any items I cannot return?

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, Swimwear, Lingerie, and Earrings/Pierced Jewelry are Final Sale. Additionally, any item explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. Unlike many luxury retailers, The Lux Avenue does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund of the item price provided it meets our return conditions.

How do I make a return?
  1. Contact our Customer Concierge at support@theluxavenue.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and the appropriate return center address.
  3. Pack your item securely (ideally in the original shipping box). Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service.
When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Can I exchange an item?

We only offer exchanges for defective items or for a different size of the exact same product (subject to availability). For all other requests, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Is your merchandise authentic?

Absolutely. We guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from authorized luxury distributors, official brand boutiques, and prestigious retailers in Europe.

Do you have reseller credentials?

The Lux Avenue operates as a fully licensed and authorized luxury reseller. We hold valid Reseller Certificates that substantiate our professional standing and ensure that every transaction complies with international legal and regulatory mandates.

What is your Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee?

Our protection does not expire. If any item purchased from us is ever proven to be inauthentic by the original brand or a recognized independent luxury appraiser, we will facilitate a full return and issue a 100% refund. This covers both new and pre-owned/vintage items.

How do you verify authenticity?

Before an item is listed, it undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our specialists. This includes deep analysis of materials (leather grain, textiles), precision craftsmanship (stitching, alignment), hardware quality, and validation of serial numbers or date codes.

Do items come with original packaging?

Yes. Every piece arrives with its original designer tags, labels, and—where provided by the brand—authenticity cards, dust bags, and original boxes.
