Is The Lux Avenue an authorized retailer for Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, or other luxury brands?
No. Brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, and Saint Laurent generally authorize only their boutiques and a small number of large retail partners. We are not on that list. We are an independent retailer sourcing through BrandsGateway, a B2B distributor based in Sweden. The products we sell are authentic, but we are not the brand and do not represent it.
Where does my order ship from?
Most orders ship from BrandsGateway's Italian warehouse. Some items ship from Germany, Spain, or Sweden, all within the EU. The shipping origin is indicated on the product page before checkout.
How long does delivery take?
In Italy, between 2 and 4 business days. Holidays and occasional customs inspections may add one or two days.
What does the "Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee" really cover?
If an item you purchased from us is deemed unauthentic by the brand's authentication service or a recognized independent expert, we will refund 100% of what you paid to your original payment method. There is no expiration date on the guarantee. To activate it, write to support@theluxavenue.com with the report and order number.
Why are prices lower than in the official boutique?
European retail prices for designer products are often lower than in the brand's Italian boutique because we avoid some steps in the retail supply chain. By buying from us, you pay a price closer to the wholesale price, accepting the limit that we are not the brand's boutique.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return (Italian law provides for a minimum of 14 days, we give you 30). The item must be unused, with original tags. Return shipping is at your expense (for defective products, it is at our expense). Once we receive the item at our logistics center, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Do you have a physical location in Italy?
No. The legal headquarters of the company (The Lux Avenue LLC) is in the United States. In Italy, we operate as an online seller, with products shipped from BrandsGateway's warehouse. Under the Italian Consumer Code and GDPR, we have appointed an EU representative for privacy matters and are registered under the OSS VAT scheme for sales to EU consumers.
